Shipping Details

- - Items will be shipped on the date for your request date after payment received. For the rental customers, a 50% deposit should be made before the event setup days.
- - Please request for the Delivery Order forms from our transporter and kindly check items immediately when it's delivered. If damaged, please kindly take photos of the broken parts and contact us immediately within an hour's time.
- - Once an order has been delivered, it may NOT be canceled and the delivery charges and ordered items must be paid by the order person.

Additional Information
- The shipping cost is not included the manpower if the machine needs 2-4 persons to unload. And, kindly make sure the venue of the event area or the lift(if it's office building) can fit in your ordered machines. Get the exact dimension and size of every machine from the sales agent to avoid any inconvenience cases.
- Transportation, manpowers fee will be charged if the items are delivered.
